Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1.    Elevator Painting 5th Floor –on Tuesday, March 28th.

Painting of the elevator doors/casings on the Columbia side will take place as follows and the elevator will be closed for a period:

The North side will be closed from 9am-12noon.

The South side will be closed from 1pm-4pm.

This will allow the paint to dry. We ask that you use caution near the fresh paint. Thank you for your cooperation.

2.    Carpet Cleaning – is scheduled for Monday, March 27th. Please try to avoid walking on the wet carpet but if you do so, please use caution when stepping onto the marble from the carpet.

3.    Absence Notification – there is a form for residents who would like to inform us if you will be away from home. This is a voluntary form and it can be picked up at the Security Desk.

4.    Garage Drainpipe Replacement – as part of our on-going preventative maintenance, more pipe will be replaced in the garage. This project will begin on Tuesday, April 4th through mid-May. Water may be cut off to limited areas during this process and some cars may need to be moved while work is being performed. We will be posting water shut off notices 48 hours in advance and we will notify you if your vehicle(s) need to be moved for the repair. Please contact Management with any questions.
