Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Carpet Cleaning – Is scheduled for 3rd floor and garage level on Monday, May 21st. Please try to avoid walking on the wet carpet but if you do so, please use caution when stepping onto the marble from the carpet.

2.Annual Brick Cleaning – Scheduled for May 23rd & May 24th.
The Columbia entrance will be closed on May 23rd from 8 AM-5 PM and the India entrance will be closed on May 24th from 8 AM-5 PM to allow the bricks to dry.

3.Manager Vacation Day – Tracy will be on vacation on May 25th.

4.Memorial Day – Monday, May 28th the Management office will be closed. Please call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
