Community Update

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Market St. Courtyard – We will begin to make waterproofing repairs on the Market St. courtyard on Monday, July 23rd. The work will consist of the repairing planter #53, caulking the entire courtyard and replacing the brick insets with concrete stamps. The project will take approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. We will provide updates as needed.

2.Carpet Cleaning – Is scheduled for 1st floor and garage level on Monday, July 30th. Please try to avoid walking on the wet carpet but if you do so, please use caution when stepping onto the marble from the carpet.

3.Quarterly Fire Sprinkler Inspection – Scheduled Wednesday, August 1st. This inspection is visual only – no alarms will sound.
