Community Update

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Market Street Courtyard – The current phase, which includes caulking of the entire courtyard and drain repairs, is underway. Please avoid walking on the Market St. courtyard during these repairs. We will provide updates as needed.

2.Garage Power Washing – Is scheduled for September 26th and September 27th. Cars will need to be moved for this work. More details to follow soon.

3.Carpet Cleaning – Scheduled for Monday, August 27th on 4th floor and 5th floor/clubroom.
