Community Update

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Market Street Courtyard – The final phase, which includes waterproofing of the entire courtyard, should be completed in 2-3 weeks. Please avoid walking on the Market St. courtyard during these repairs. We will provide updates as needed.

2.Garage Power Washing – Is scheduled for September 26th and September 27th. Cars will need to be moved for this work. Please see the bulletin notice for more details.

3.Window Cleaning – Is scheduled for October 15th – 19th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. A cleaning schedule is posted on the bulletin board.
