Community Update – Entire Building Water Shut Off on 8/19/20

Posted By on August 13, 2020

WATER SHUT OFF NOTICE

Dear Residents:

Due to an accumulated series of repairs, we have need to have a whole building water shut off.  These repairs include replacement of several emergency cut-off valves, replacement of several sections of cast iron drain pipe, camera examination of a sewer mainline, and replacement of some sections of copper supply line.  We will have multiple plumbers working simultaneously on this project to effect the repairs as quickly as possible.

HOT & COLD Water will be shut off

to the entire building on

Wednesday, August 19th

from 9:00a.m.- 4:00p.m.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  At this time, we ask that you do not schedule any plumbing repairs in your unit that require the water to be shut off. We will notify you via email if the repairs are completed and the water will be turned on sooner.

It is encouraged that all residents run all the water in their home for 3-5 minutes to allow for hot water to circulate throughout your unit after the water is turned back on. Running your water assists in the release of air pockets trapped inside the plumbing.

Thank you for your cooperation!
