Community Update – 9/24/21

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for October 6th (North side) and October 7th (South side).  Cars will need to be moved for this work. Please note there will be no guest or vendor parking during these days. Please see map on bulletin board.
  2. HOA Bill Pay Notice – we would like to inform you that starting October 1st, based on the Postal Regulatory Commission, the Postal Service will be changing the timeline for first class mail. If you have Bill Pay or BANKPAY checks sent to a lockbox for payment, the checks will be delivered with a 1-5 day delivery guarantee instead of a 1-3 day delivery guarantee. You payment may be affected and you may need to chance your bill pay date. As a reminder your payment must be received by the 15th of each month in order to not incur a late fee.
  3. Building Carpet Cleaning –the carpet will be deep cleaned the week of October 18th – October 22nd. The cleaners will start on the 5th Floor and work their way down to the 1st Floor. Please use care when stepping onto the marble during this week.
