Community Update – 10/13/21

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Columbia Entrance Reader – this has been repaired.
2. Awning Cleaning – has been re-scheduled for October 20^th Columbia side from 9a.m.-12p.m.; and India side from 12p.m. – 3p.m. Please do not use entrance that is being cleaned at the time.
3. Lobby Entrance Brick Cleaning – has been re-scheduled for October 21^st (Columbia side) and October 22^nd (India Side) from 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m. Please do not use entrance that is being cleaned at the time.
4. Building Carpet Cleaning –the carpet will be deep cleaned the week of October 18^th – October 22^nd. The cleaners will start on the 5^th Floor and work their way down to the 1^st Floor. Please use care when stepping onto the marble during this week.
