Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Chute Cleaning – scheduled for Wednesday, December 1st from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Please do not use the trash chutes during this time. Please take trash down to trash room. As a reminder, no plastic bags are permitted in the recycle bin and all boxes should be flattened. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
  2. Entire Building Water Shut Off – scheduled for Wednesday, December 8th from 8:30am – 5:00pm. More details soon. Please save the date, some vehicles will need to be moved. No water shut offs will be permitted on this day.
  3. Jetting of Garage Storm Pipe – scheduled for Thursday and Friday, December 9th and 10th from 8:30am – 5:00pm. More details soon. Please save the date, some vehicles will need to be moved.
