Community Update – 4/19/22

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Garage Exit Repairs – the Southwest garage exit (near trolley) will not be available for ingress or egress on Wednesday, April 20th due to some necessary repairs. We kindly request that you use another entrance until Thursday, April 21st.
2. Lobby Entrance Brick – there will be some grout repair work at both lobby entrances performed on Wednesday, April 20th. Please exercise caution in this area during repair work.
