Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark   1. Memorial Day – Monday, May 30th the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. 2. Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Wednesday, June 1stduring the night on the Columbia side. Please use caution during this time. 3. In Unit Fire Sprinkler Repairs – scheduled for June 15th – 17th, those units in need of repairs have been contacted via mail. 4.
