Community Update – 8/31/22 Gate Closure

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1.     Labor Day Holiday – Monday, September 5^ththe Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
2.     Garage Gate CLOSED for Repairs – in order to complete the balance of the repairs, we will need to completely close the garage gate for 4 hours on Wednesday, September 7^th from 1pm to 5pm. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked outside if you need to leave the building between these hours. There will be no vehicular or pedestrian traffic during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, please notify your vendors.
3.     New Carpet – the new carpet installation will begin next week. The 5^th Floor carpet replacement will begin on Wednesday, September 7^th. We expect the 5^th Floor to be completed by September 12^th, they will move to the 4^th Floor next. We expect them to work on a floor per week. We will provide updates.
