Community Update – 8/31/22 Gate Closure

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark
 
1.     Labor Day Holiday – Monday, September 5th the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
2.     Garage Gate CLOSED for Repairs – in order to complete the balance of the repairs, we will need to completely close the garage gate for 4 hours on Wednesday, September 7th from 1pm to 5pm. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked outside if you need to leave the building between these hours. There will be no vehicular or pedestrian traffic during this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, please notify your vendors.    
3.     New Carpet – the new carpet installation will begin next week. The 5th Floor carpet replacement will begin on Wednesday, September 7th.  We expect the 5th Floor to be completed by September 12th, they will move to the 4th Floor next. We expect them to work on a floor per week. We will provide updates.
