Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Building Security – please remember to not allow vendors, delivery people, or strangers into the building. If you are entering or leaving the building, please do not hold the door open for strangers. Please ask them to go down the garage ramp and check in with Security.
2. New Carpet 5^th Floor – the 5^th Floor India side, including the Community room will be closed to all residents today 9/8. The 5^th Floor Columbia side, including the Gym and restrooms will be closed tomorrow 9/9. Thank you for your patience.
