Community Update 2/10/17

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Board Meeting Reminder – February 14^th, in the 5^th Floor Community Room, the Regular Session begins at 6PM.

2. Presidents’ Day, February 20^th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. The Management office will be closed on this day.

3. Bulk (Large) Item or Electronic Disposal – Watermark is not set up for bulk or electronic waste disposal. Contact Management to make arrangements for disposal for a fee of $45.00 per item. If prior arrangements are not made you may be called to a hearing and subject to a fine in addition to the cost of disposal.
