Community Update – 9/15/17

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Security New Cell Number – we recently upgraded the Security cell phone and it required a new phone number. The new number is (619)481-9649, please make a note of it.
2. Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for September 27^th and September 28th. Cars will need to be moved for this work. Please see the bulletin notice for more details.
3. Window Cleaning – is scheduled for October 16^th – 20^th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. More detailed information to follow soon.
4. Fire Sprinkler Repairs – are scheduled for October 16^th – 20^th, you will be receiving a letter the first week of October only if you have repairs that are needed. Please contact management with any questions. More detailed information will be in the letter.
