FREE TOILET INSPECTIONS
In light of California’s ongoing drought and in an effort to reduce our water consumption, we have arranged with Bill Howe Plumbing to provide toilet inspections to Watermark Residents.
These inspections are designed to detect toilets that may be leaking. To carry out the inspection the plumber will place a water-soluble, colored disclosing table in the tank and return later to see if colored water has migrated to the toilet bowl. Each inspection takes about an hour.
If a leak is detected, you should contact your own licensed plumber to have the leak corrected. If you wish to use Bill Howe Plumbing to deal with the leak, please call them directly and let them know you are calling from the Watermark and ask for the technician, John Rowland. They will then charge you the Watermark rate.
To take advantage of this opportunity, we have scheduled set dates for the inspection. Please see the attached schedule. We ask that you make every attempt to be present or have someone else, including a neighbor, friend or relative, be present in your unit during the scheduled inspection time. If you are unable to be home on the scheduled day, please contact Audrey to make other arrangements if you would like the inspection performed.
We appreciate your participation in this effort to eliminate water wastage in our building. The Board would like to “Thank you “for your cooperation!
