Board Meeting - August 10, 2015   New!
The Watermark Owners' Association Board of Directors meets monthly.

The Board of Directors meeting will be held Monday, August 10, 2015 at 7:30pm. It will be located in the Clubroom on the 5th Floor. 

Agendas will be posted on the bulletin board in the Community no later than five (5) days prior to the meeting.

All Homeowners are welcome to attend the meeting! We hope to see you there!

Community Update

July 29, 2015

 

Dear Residents,

 

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

 

1.    Quarterly Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled for Thursday, July 30th at 10am. Please be prepared the bell will ring for 1-3 min.

2.    Water Shut Off “SW” Section of Building – scheduled for Friday, July 31st from 9AM to 5PM. Cast iron pipe will be replaced. Do not flush or use drains during this time.

3.    HOT Water Shut Off – scheduled for Friday, July 31st from 11AM to 3PM. The hot water storage tank will be serviced.

4.    Board Meeting – will be held on Monday, August 10th.

5.    Manager Vacation – Audrey will be on vacation from 8/4 – 8/17. Erika Smith, Regional Supervisor will be at Watermark during this time. You may contact Erika at esmith@actionlife.com. If there is an after-hours maintenance emergency please call Community Care 1-800-400-2284 for assistance.

6.    Garage Power Washing – scheduled for September 15th and 16th.
