Board of Directors' Meeting Notice 
Board Meeting - June 14, 2016  
The Watermark Owners' Association Board of Directors meets monthly.

The Board of Directors meeting will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at 6:00pm. It will be located in the Community Room on the 5th Floor. 


Agendas will be posted on the bulletin board in the Community no later than five (5) days prior to the meeting.

All Homeowners are welcome to attend the meeting! We hope to see you there!

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark


1.    Security Officer – Chris Childs will be on vacation 7/1-7/10 and Larry Hunter will be filling in while he is away. This shift is from 7am-3pm. Please email management with any inquiries.

2.    Recycle Bin – all cardboard boxes must be flattened.

3.    Bulk (Large) Item or Electronic Disposal – Watermark is not set up for bulk or electronic waste disposal.  Contact Management to make arrangements for disposal for a fee of $45.00 per item. If prior arrangements are not made you may be called to a hearing and subject to a fine in addition to the cost of disposal.

4.    Shopping Carts – please return carts to the garage after each use and place them all the way into the track so that the cart is secure and does not roll out into the garage.

5.    4th of July Holiday – Monday, July 4th, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
