Community Update - 2/24/17

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1.Elevator Painting 5th Floor –on Tuesday, March 28th.

Re-painting of the elevator doors/casings on the India side will take place as follows and the elevator will be closed for a period:

The North side will be closed from 9am-12noon.

The South side will be closed from 1pm-4pm.

This will allow the paint to dry. We ask that you use caution near the fresh paint. Thank you for your cooperation.

2.Annual Meeting Reminder – will be held on Tuesday, March 14th. We are still in need of ballots. Please VOTE! You may turn in your ballot to the security guards.

3.Carpet Cleaning – is scheduled for Monday, February 27th. Please try to avoid walking on the wet carpet but if you do so, please use caution when stepping onto the marble from the carpet.

** Please note, if your home is leased you may want to forward this communication to your tenant. You may also provide your tenants or property managers email address to Management in order to add them on the email blast list.

  1. Presidents’ Day, February 20th as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  1. Presidents’ Day, Holiday – Management office will be closed on Monday, February 20th. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency.

  1. Board Meeting Reminder – February 14th, in the 5th Floor Community Room, the Regular Session begins at 6PM.
  1. Presidents’ Day, February 20th as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. The Management office will be closed on this day.
  1. Bulk (Large) Item or Electronic Disposal – Watermark is not set up for bulk or electronic waste disposal. Contact Management to make arrangements for disposal for a fee of $45.00 per item. If prior arrangements are not made you may be called to a hearing and subject to a fine in addition to the cost of disposal.
