Board Meeting - November 11, 2014   New!
The Watermark Owners' Association Board of Directors meets monthly.

The Board of Directors meeting will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 7:30pm. It will be located in the Clubroom on the 5th Floor. 

Agendas will be posted on the bulletin board in the Community no later than five (5) days prior to the meeting.

All Homeowners are welcome to attend the meeting! We hope to see you there!

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark


1.    Trash Chute Cleaning – scheduled for Monday, October 20th from 8am to 2pm. The trash chute will be locked on your floor during cleaning, please use the dumpster in the garage during this time.

2.    Window Cleaning – is scheduled to start Monday, October 27th - Friday, October 31st from 8am to 5pm. Please remember to remove all screens during this time.

3.    Fob Access – purchase of a new Access Control System has been approved. The current one has become obsolete. The new system is expected to be installed by December 1st. You current fobs are operable at this time. We will provide more details soon.

4.    Garage Security – please remember to lock your cars, roll up your windows and bikes should also be locked. If you enter the garage when the gate is closed, be sure you are not followed in. Call Security if you are followed in by a stranger.

5.    Building Security - Please be extra careful when entering the building through the front lobby doors and do not grant strangers access into the building or elevator. Please call Security at 619-236-0152 if you are followed in by a stranger.
