Covid-19 Community Guidelines 6/15/21

All vaccinated residents and guests have unmasked access throughout all indoor and outdoor common areas and spaces.

Unvaccinated residents and guests should wear a mask in all indoor common areas. We also suggest you wear a mask in outdoor spaces.

All amenity areas (fitness center, sundeck, community room, etc.) are now fully open to pre-pandemic capacities (masking guidelines for unvaccinated residents and guests apply).

Vendors and staff must follow County, Cal/OSHA and State guidelines and wear masks until otherwise directed.

Determination of vaccination status is on the honor system.

All residents and guests should respect each other’s request for social distancing or usage of confined spaces such as elevators.

Anyone who feels unsafe at any time should wear a mask.

These guidelines are in effect until further notice.

Community Update - 5/6/21

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark  

Face Masks reminder to please wear a face mask or face covering while in the common areas.

Trash Room Closed for Pest Control – scheduled for Friday, May 7th 11:00am – 4:00pm. We are going to spray the trash rooms for pests, the trash rooms will be closed during this time. You may still use the chutes on your floor to dispose of trash. Please remember to tie all trash bags prior to placing them in the chute.

Board Meeting Reminder – May 11th at 6:00pm via ZOOM.

Plant Pesticide – BrightView will be spraying the plants on Tuesday, May 11th. Please exercise caution with your pets.

2021 Directory Books – have been reprinted and are available to be picked up at the Security Desk. Please stop by and pick up your copy today.

Plastic Bags – as a reminder plastic bags of any kind may NOT be recycled. Please do not place any type of plastic bag in the recycle bin. Please email your manager with any questions. Thank you!

Community Update - Gym 3/17/21

      MARCH 17, 2021

Dear Watermark Community,

Given current guidelines from the County, the gym is now open using the following protocol:

Use the gym and its equipment at your own risk.

One person or household at a time to assure social distancing.  Because of anticipated demand, a daily signup sheet will be posted each day outside the gym.  Gym use is limited to up to one hour per person or household per day.

Wipe down equipment before and after use with sanitizer and paper towels provided.

Follow all other established gym regulations.

While housekeeping will clean the gym on a regular schedule, cleaning may not occur daily, so do not assume that the gym has been sanitized.

We continue to remind you to wear a face covering in common areas and observe social distancing as a courtesy to other residents.

Annual Meeting – Thank you to those who participated via Zoom and to those who mailed in their ballots, we established quorum. We would like to thank the homeowner who volunteered as Inspector of Election: Mark Cujak. Congratulations to Sharon Cronin and Steve Zaniboni on their re-election to the board. Official Results have been on the bulletin board.

Manager Out of Office – Audrey will be on out of the office on March 11th and March 12th. Please contact Community Care at 1-800-400-2284 in the event of a maintenance emergency.

Annual Meeting Reminder – will be held on Tuesday, March 9th. We are still in need of ballots. Please VOTE! You may turn in your ballot to the security guards. Please remember to sign the Green Envelope.  The Regular Meeting will start at 6pm and the Annual Meeting will start at 6:30pm. The meeting will be held via Zoom and the meeting login information will be posted soon.

Community Update - 2/12/21

Presidents’ Day, February 15th as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.

Chute Cleaning – scheduled for Wednesday, February 17th from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Please do not use the trash chutes during this time. Please take trash down to trash room. As a reminder, no plastic bags are permitted in the recycle bin.

Building Security – please be careful that no one follows you in via the lobby door or the garage gate entrance. If a courier is trying to gain access please direct them to the garage. If you are unable to redirect a person, please call the security desk at (619)236-0152.

Community Update - 1/14/21

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark
1. Face Masks reminder to please wear a face mask or face covering while in the common areas.
2. Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, January 19th-21st during the night. Please use caution during this time.
3. 5th Floor Bathroom Tile – will be cleaned on Wednesday, January 20th during the night. The bathrooms will be closed during this time.
4. Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (1/19, 1/21, 1/26, 1/28) please save the date to move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs will be approved on these dates.
5. In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled for Wednesday, February 3rd. Please contact Management if you are unable to be home for this and would like to arrange for permission to enter. A staff member will accompany the inspector. More details to follow in a separate email.
6. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 18thas a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Management office will remain open this day.  

Community Update - 12/22/20

Dear Watermark Homeowners,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Face Masks – reminder to please wear a face mask or face covering while in the common areas.
  2. Deliveries – please provide the Security Desk with a 24 hour notice if you have a delivery so we can pad the elevator.
  3. Directory Listing Form – please complete the Directory Listing form for the Directory Book if you have changes. Please respond by Thursday, December 31st. Please obtain form at the Security Desk. You can email manager “no changes” so we do not think we missed your form.
  4. Building Access – as a reminder please do not allow delivery people and/or vendors through the front door, they must enter through the garage.  Please be careful that you are not followed in, if a stranger follow you in please notify the Security Desk at (619) 236-0152. Please inform your guests that they must not allow anyone to follow them in.
  5. 2021 Association Dues Amount Change – there has been a change in the amount assessment amount effective January 1, 2021. To avoid any late fees, please make any necessary changes if you have signed up for bank pay. If you have signed up for automatic deductions the correct amount will automatically be withdrawn, no action is necessary.
  6. Christmas and New Year Holiday – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  7. Manager Vacation – Audrey will be on vacation from 12/24 – 1/03. Please contact Community Care at 1-800-400-2284 in the event of a maintenance emergency.

Community Update - 12/18/20

Dear Watermark Homeowners,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Garage Ramp Painting – half of the garage ramp will be closed in order for painting on Monday, December 21st, and the other half on Tuesday, December 22nd. Please exercise caution in this area.
  2. Balcony Railing Paint – has been completed.
  3. Face Masks – reminder to please wear a face mask or face covering while in the common areas.
  4. Christmas Trees – please notify the Security Desk if you will be bringing a live tree into your home this holiday so we can pad the elevator. Please provide us with a 24 hour notice. We appreciate your cooperation.
