Dear Watermark Community,
Hello everyone! Thank you all who made yourselves available or coordinated entry for the sprinkler inspections. Your cooperation made a huge difference in being able to address this mandatory inspection.
Here are your weekly updates:
- BALLOTS!!! Ballots have been mailed and we need you to return yours in order to meet quorum. Please take a moment and participate in this election, even if just to help meet quorum. If you need a new ballot please contact me.
- Some of you may have noticed that when you receive a package notification you get an email, even if you aren’t signed up to get notifications by email. This is something our Development Team is working to fix within the notification system. This will take some time. We wanted you to know this is something we are aware of and are working to fix.
- As mentioned last week, please remember to pick up any items off the floor of the garage and please unload and return the carts to the garage as soon as possible.
Have a wonderful weekend,

Please be sure to review the schedule on the bulletin board and in your email to know when your unit will be inspected. Reminder emails are also scheduled to be sent. Please be in communication with me regarding any exceptions and/or special requests.
- Monday, February 19th is a Federal Holiday. This means no work will be permitted in the building on this day. Please make note and inform your vendors. This does not impact house cleaners, nannies, caretakers, etc.

- We have received many reports of carts not being available when needed. Please make certain that you are returning the carts once you’ve unloaded them to allow your neighbors to opportunity to benefit from them also.
Thank you,

Dear Watermark Community,
Hello everyone. We made it through another storm! More rain is heading our way next week so please make sure that your balcony & patio drains are uncovered and clear of debris. Please use caution when walking in the garage, along the walkways, and in the lobbies during the rains.
Here are you weekly updates:
- The first week of drain jetting has been going well & the vendor has been completing each day early! This coming week we have two (2) more days of jetting, Tuesday, February 6th and Thursday, February 8th. Please note if you need to move your vehicles one of those days between 8:30am-3:30pm. You can check the sign-up sheet at the Columbia-side elevators for available parking spaces on your day. Everyone has been so diligent and cooperative and it really makes a difference in completing the work thoroughly to maintain the building’s drain lines, so thank you!
- You should have received an email on February 1st with information about the in-unit fire sprinkler inspections scheduled for Tuesday, February 20th and Wednesday, February 21st and a schedule for each floor. If you did not receive this email, please let me know so I can update your communication profile. PLEASE reach out with any question or special requests. We are working to accommodate special requests as much as we can.
- The HOA’s annual insurance policy has been renewed. Your loan servicer or home insurance agent may request a copy of the updated Certificate of Insurance. This is easily accessible to you on the portal under My Community >> Documents >>Insurance Certificate. You may also request that I send a copy to you directly so you may distribute it as needed.
- The HOA is continuing to seek volunteers for the Welcoming Committee. Please consider joining this committee to provide new owners the guidance and support in making Watermark their home. Please let me know by the next Board Meeting (02/13) if you are interested or have any questions.

Dear Watermark Community,
Hello everyone. We fared pretty well with the rains last week. Our drain pipes were definitely overworked and we found a few leaks which are being addressed, most of which were in the garage and only two within the building. Rain is expected again this coming week so please make sure nothing is covering your balcony and patio drains and be in communication with anything that needs attention.
Here are you weekly updates:
- IMPORTANT: Jetting of the drain lines begins on this Tuesday, January 30th! You are being asked to move your vehicle at least one day between January 30th, February 1st, February 6th, and February 8th between the hours of 8:30am-3:30pm. Please check the map and schedule on the HOA Bulletin Board or contact me for clarification.
- The Safety Committee is continuing to solicit suggestions, comments, and concerns from Watermark Residents. Please place your submission in a sealed envelope and submit it at the Security Desk. All submissions must have the name & unit number of the resident. Additional details are provided in the posting on the Community Bulletin Board.
- Update for in-unit fire sprinkler inspection-As Monday, February 19th is a Federal holiday we changed the dates of the inspection to Tuesday, February 20th and Wednesday, February 21st. This is informational only and more detailed information will be sent to you soon.
- Please know that you are able to use your cell phone number for the building call box. If you’d like any of your call box information updated, please let me know and we will get this current for you.
- The HOA is continuing to seek volunteers for the Welcoming Committee. Please consider joining this committee to provide new owners the guidance and support in making Watermark their home. Please let me know by the next Board Meeting (02/13/24) if you are interested or have any questions.
Thank you,

Dear Watermark Community,
Hello Everyone. This weekend should be bringing some rain, so be prepared and cozy up!
Here are you weekly updates:
- The Safety Committee is soliciting suggestions, comments, and concerns from Watermark Residents. Please place your submission in a sealed envelope and submit it at the Security Desk. All submissions must have the name & unit number of the resident. Additional details are provided in the posting on the Community Bulletin Board.
- Another reminder that jetting of the drain lines is scheduled for January 30th, February 1st, February 6th, and February 8th. You are being asked to move your vehicle at least one of those days between the hours of 8:30am-3:30pm. Please check the map and schedule on the HOA Bulletin Board or contact me for clarification.
- If you have an extra parking space that another unit can use while their section of the garage is being jetted, there is a sheet on the HOA Bulletin Board so you can notify neighbors of the availability of your space as well as where you can sign up to reserve an open space. If you have already informed me that you have an available space, I have already added it to the sheet for someone to reserve.
- Ayub Osman will be on vacation over the next couple of weeks and a new guard, Uriah Heermann, has been brought in to cover his shifts.
- We are in the process of scheduling the annual fire sprinkler inspection. This inspection will require entry into every unit. The current dates for the inspection are Monday, February 19th and Tuesday, February 20th. More information will be made available in the coming week with scheduled time frames for each side of the building and each floor.
- Currently, Watermark does not have a formal Welcoming Committee. This group warmly welcomes new homeowners in the building. Additionally, members of the Welcome Committee may provide information about meetings, events, or neighborhood practices to keep new homeowners informed. If you are interested in volunteering please contact me before the next Board Meeting on February 13, 2024.
Thank you,

- Each resident that we have an email address on file should have received a communication from me this week with details about the sewer drain line jetting and when you will be required to move your vehicle. Every vehicle will need to be moved once between January 30th-February 8th. If you did not receive this communication please let me know so I can update your profile. A map and schedule of this work is also posted on the bulletin boards at the elevators. Please make a note of which day you will be required to move your vehicle from the garage.
