Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark 1. Face Masks – reminder to please wear a face mask or face covering while in the common areas. 2. Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, January 19th-21st during the night. Please use caution during this time. 3. 5th Floor Bathroom Tile – will be cleaned on Wednesday, January 20th during the night. The bathrooms will be closed during this time. 4. Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (1/19, 1/21, 1/26, 1/28) please save the date to move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs will be approved on these dates. 5. In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled for Wednesday, February 3rd. Please contact Management if you are unable to be home for this and would like to arrange for permission to enter. A staff member will accompany the inspector. More details to follow in a separate email. 6. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 18th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Management office will remain open this day.

Building Access – as a reminder please do not allow delivery people and/or vendors through the front door, they must enter through the garage. Please be careful that you are not followed in, if a stranger follow you in please notify the Security Desk at (619) 236-0152. Please inform your guests that they must not allow anyone to follow them in.
2021 Association Dues Amount Change – there has been a change in the amount assessment amount effective January 1, 2021. To avoid any late fees, please make any necessary changes if you have signed up for bank pay. If you have signed up for automatic deductions the correct amount will automatically be withdrawn, no action is necessary.
Christmas and New Year Holiday – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
Manager Vacation – Audrey will be on vacation from 12/24 – 1/03. Please contact Community Care at 1-800-400-2284 in the event of a maintenance emergency.

is the Directory Book? – For
residents that are new to our building this is a Directory Book that is
published periodically and distributed amongst residents at Watermark that
contains your Name, Unit Number, Phone Number, and Email. This is a great
way to communicate and provide your contact information in the event of an
emergency. This is a voluntary inclusion. Thank you!

Balcony Railing Paint – is in progress. Section 4 will begin on Monday, December 14th. In preparation, please remove all items off your balcony railing and move items back 2-3 feet away to allow paint access. (4th Floor residents are excluded)Painters will be entering your patio from the exterior if you are not a unit that requires interior access. Interior access units have been notified. If you do not want a painter stepping onto your patio from the exterior please notify Audrey at 619-795-1727 asap, thank you. Please see notice and map attached.

Balcony Railing Paint – we will commence painting the balcony railings and the exterior wrought iron on Tuesday, December 1st. The painting will continue through December 16th weather permitting. We have made a note of units that would like to be excluded at this time. A painting notice and sequence map have been posted.
Thanksgiving Holiday, November 26th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Vendors may work on Friday, November 27th.
Staff Hours for the Thanksgiving Holiday – Management office will be closed on 11/26 and 11/27. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. Janitorial will be off on 11/26.

Storm Pipe Replacement – we will be replacing several sections of storm water
piping in the garage on Monday, Wednesday,
and Friday, November 16, 18, and 20 from 8:30am – 5:00pm. Affected parking spaces have been notified.
Trash Chute Maintenance – will be done Wednesday,November 18th. Please hold
your trash. Work is scheduled to be completed by 4:00pm.

Gutter Maintenance – there is some necessary hidden gutter maintenance that
will take place around the perimeter of the building over the next two weeks.
This work will require a boom lift outside, you may experience some noise
during the day. This work will take place Monday, November 9th

Veterans Day – Wednesday,November 11th – As a reminder there is no work

Garage Metal Gate – the metal gate will be replaced soon. We are
estimating this to take place on Wednesday, of
October 14th. We will
provide the exact hours of gate closure 24 hours prior. Please plan according
if you need to leave building with your car that day; or if you have a guest or
vendor using your parking space.
