Community Update - 1/21/22

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Entire Building Water Shut Off – we have some main line plumbing repairs that were not completed. The repairs will be scheduled over a period of two days in four-hour increments. Thursday, February 3rd and Thursday, February 10th from 9am – 1pm. We will contact residents directly for any cars that need to be moved.
  2. In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled for Tuesday, February 22nd from 9am-4pm. Please contact Management if you are unable to be home for this and would like to arrange for permission to enter. A staff member will accompany the inspector. More details to follow in a separate email.
  3. Window Cleaning – we have been given authorization for a one-time window cleaning before the OPOS is finalized. Management is currently seeking bids.
  4. Pets – as a reminder, pets must be leashed at all times while in the common areas and please hold close to you in the elevator so they do not lunge at the door or persons.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 17thas a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Management office will remain open this day.

Community Update - 1/11/21

  1. Awning Cleaning – has been scheduled for January 12th India side from 8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.; and Columbia side from 1p.m. – 3p.m. Please do not use entrance that is being cleaned at the time.


Community Update - 12/30/21

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. 2022 Association Dues Amount Change – there has been a change in the assessment amount effective January 1, 2022.  Please make any necessary changes if you have signed up for bank pay. If you signed up for automatic deductions the correct amount will automatically be withdrawn, no action is necessary.
  2. Christmas Tree Removal –is scheduled for Thursday, January 6th. Please use padded elevators to transport trees on Wednesday, January 5th. We are seeking residents to volunteer their parking space for this to take place. Please do not bring down your tree until we have secured a drop off location. Thank you.  
  3. Palm Tree Pruning – will take place on Monday, January 3rd.
  4. New Year Holiday Observed – Friday, December 31st– As a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  5. Staff Hours for the New Year Holiday – Management office will be closed on 12/31. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. Building Engineer will be off 12/31 and Janitorial will be off on 12/31 and 01/01.

2nd Floor Painting Columbia   – will begin on Monday, December 13th – December 17th from 8:30am- 5pm. Please exercise caution when entering and exiting your unit.  The ceilings, baseboards, and unit door trim and jamb will be painted. The painters will place a notice on your door when your door trim and jamb will be painted. A plastic shield will be placed at your door when the ceiling outside of your unit is being painted. If you see blue tape on baseboards or wallpaper, please do not remove them.

The painters will place a notice on your door when your door trim and jamb will be painted. A plastic shield will be placed at your door when the ceiling outside of your unit is being painted. If you see blue tape on baseboards or wallpaper, please do not remove them.

Community Update - 11/29/21

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Chute Cleaning – scheduled for Wednesday, December 1st from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Please do not use the trash chutes during this time. Please take trash down to trash room. As a reminder, no plastic bags are permitted in the recycle bin and all boxes should be flattened. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
