Community Update - 1/14/21

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark
1. Face Masks reminder to please wear a face mask or face covering while in the common areas.
2. Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, January 19th-21st during the night. Please use caution during this time.
3. 5th Floor Bathroom Tile – will be cleaned on Wednesday, January 20th during the night. The bathrooms will be closed during this time.
4. Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (1/19, 1/21, 1/26, 1/28) please save the date to move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs will be approved on these dates.
5. In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled for Wednesday, February 3rd. Please contact Management if you are unable to be home for this and would like to arrange for permission to enter. A staff member will accompany the inspector. More details to follow in a separate email.
6. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 18thas a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Management office will remain open this day.  

Community Update - 12/22/20

Dear Watermark Homeowners,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Face Masks – reminder to please wear a face mask or face covering while in the common areas.
  2. Deliveries – please provide the Security Desk with a 24 hour notice if you have a delivery so we can pad the elevator.
  3. Directory Listing Form – please complete the Directory Listing form for the Directory Book if you have changes. Please respond by Thursday, December 31st. Please obtain form at the Security Desk. You can email manager “no changes” so we do not think we missed your form.
  4. Building Access – as a reminder please do not allow delivery people and/or vendors through the front door, they must enter through the garage.  Please be careful that you are not followed in, if a stranger follow you in please notify the Security Desk at (619) 236-0152. Please inform your guests that they must not allow anyone to follow them in.
  5. 2021 Association Dues Amount Change – there has been a change in the amount assessment amount effective January 1, 2021. To avoid any late fees, please make any necessary changes if you have signed up for bank pay. If you have signed up for automatic deductions the correct amount will automatically be withdrawn, no action is necessary.
  6. Christmas and New Year Holiday – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  7. Manager Vacation – Audrey will be on vacation from 12/24 – 1/03. Please contact Community Care at 1-800-400-2284 in the event of a maintenance emergency.

Community Update - 12/18/20

Dear Watermark Homeowners,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Garage Ramp Painting – half of the garage ramp will be closed in order for painting on Monday, December 21st, and the other half on Tuesday, December 22nd. Please exercise caution in this area.
  2. Balcony Railing Paint – has been completed.
  3. Face Masks – reminder to please wear a face mask or face covering while in the common areas.
  4. Christmas Trees – please notify the Security Desk if you will be bringing a live tree into your home this holiday so we can pad the elevator. Please provide us with a 24 hour notice. We appreciate your cooperation.

Directory Book 2021 - 12/14/20

  1. Directory Listing Form – please complete a Directory Listing form for the Directory Book if you have any changes. The books will be completed in January. Please respond by Thursday, December 31st . Please request a form from management or pick one up at the Security Desk. You can email management “no changes” so we do not think we missed your form.
  •  What is the Directory Book? – For residents that are new to our building this is a Directory Book that is published periodically and distributed amongst residents at Watermark that  contains your Name, Unit Number, Phone Number, and Email. This is a great way to communicate and provide your contact information in the event of an emergency. This is a voluntary inclusion. Thank you!

Community Update - 12/11/20

Dear Watermark Homeowners,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Balcony Railing Paint – is in progress. Section 4 will begin on Monday, December 14th.  In preparation, please remove all items off your balcony railing and move items back 2-3 feet away to allow paint access. (4th Floor residents are excluded)Painters will be entering your patio from the exterior if you are not a unit that requires interior access. Interior access units have been notified. If you do not want a painter stepping onto your patio from the exterior please notify Audrey at 619-795-1727 asap, thank you. Please see notice and map attached.

Community Update - 11/23/20

Dear Watermark Homeowners,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Balcony Railing Paint – we will commence painting the balcony railings and the exterior wrought iron on Tuesday, December 1st.  The painting will continue through December 16th weather permitting. We have made a note of units that would like to be excluded at this time. A painting notice and sequence map have been posted.
  2. Thanksgiving Holiday, November 26thas a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Vendors may work on Friday, November 27th.
  3. Staff Hours for the Thanksgiving Holiday – Management office will be closed on 11/26 and 11/27. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. Janitorial will be off on 11/26.

Community Update - 11/15/20

Dear Watermark Homeowners,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Storm Pipe Replacement – we will be replacing several sections of storm water piping in the garage on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, November 16, 18, and 20 from 8:30am – 5:00pm. Affected parking spaces have been notified.
  2. Trash Chute Maintenance – will be done Wednesday, November 18th. Please hold your trash. Work is scheduled to be completed by 4:00pm.

Community Update - 11/6/20

Dear Watermark Homeowners,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Gutter Maintenance – there is some necessary hidden gutter maintenance that will take place around the perimeter of the building over the next two weeks. This work will require a boom lift outside, you may experience some noise during the day. This work will take place Monday, November 9th – Friday, November 20th from 8:30am – 5:00pm weather permitting.
  2. Board Meeting Reminder – November 10th at 6:00pm via ZOOM.
  3. Veterans Day – Wednesday, November 11thAs a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  4. Trash Chute Maintenance – scheduled for Friday, November 13th from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Please do not use the trash chutes during this time. Please take trash down to trash room. As a reminder, all cardboard boxes must be flattened.

Community Update - 10/20/20

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Garage Carpet – the carpet at the garage elevator landing will be replaced on Wednesday, October 21st from 8:30am – 5pm. The floor area will be closed to pedestrians during this procedure, scheduled is listed below. We will do our best to accommodate necessary traffic.

Columbia Side carpet replacement from 8:30am – 12:30pm, please use the India Elevators during this time.

India Side carpet replacement from 12:30am – 4:30pm, please use the Columbia Elevators during this time.


Community Update - 10/9/20

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Columbus Day – Monday, October 12th as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  2. Board Meeting Reminder – October 13th at 6:00p.m. Via ZOOM.
  3. Garage Metal Gate – the metal gate will be replaced soon. We are estimating this to take place on Wednesday, of October 14th. We will provide the exact hours of gate closure 24 hours prior. Please plan according if you need to leave building with your car that day; or if you have a guest or vendor using your parking space.
