Community Update - 5/23/19

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Shopping Carts – as a reminder shopping carts should be returned to the garage and placed in the cart track. Please do not leave shopping carts in the hallway or in the elevator. Thank you.
  2. Memorial Day – May 27th, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  3. Manager –Audrey will be out of the office from 5/24 – 5/28. Please call Community Care at 1-800-200-2284 in the event of a maintenance emergency.

Community Update - 5/10/19

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Elevator # 4 Columbia – the elevator will be out of service on Monday, May 13th, to make further adjustments.

2. Board Meeting Reminder – May 14th at 6:00PM in the 5th Floor Community Room.

3. Furniture Cleaning – the furniture in the Lobbies and the Community Room will be cleaned on Friday, May 17th. Please do not use the furniture on this day. Thank you.

4. Brick Cleaning – scheduled for May 15th & May 16th.
The Columbia entrance will be closed on 5/15 from 8am-5:30pm and the India entrance will be closed on 5/16 from 8am-5:30pm Please use the entrance not be cleaned, to allow the bricks to dry.

Window Cleaning - May 6th - May 10th

Building Window Cleaning – May 6th through May 10th

Dear Residents:

A&M Facility Services will begin cleaning exterior windows for the building on Monday, May 6th.

All homeowners will need to have their screens removed from their windows prior to Monday, May 6th.

If you need assistance removing your screens, A&M will provide that service for the fee set forth below.

Any windows with screens left on will not be cleaned.

Screens may be replaced after window cleaning is completed on Friday, May 10th.

Community Update - 4/19/19

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Elevator # 3 Columbia– passed inspection and is back in Service.

2. Elevator # 4 Columbia– will have roller guides installed next week and will be out of service on 4/22 and 4/23.

3. Modernization of Elevator # 2 India– is scheduled to begin next week, April 22nd. Please contact Management in advance for any Moves and or Deliveries during the elevator modernization. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

4. Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (4/23, 4/25, 4/30, 5/2) please move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted by 8:30AM. No water shut offs will be approved on these dates.

5. Quarterly Fire Sprinkler and Annual Fire Alarm Testing – scheduled for Thursday, April 25th at 10am. Residents and pets should be prepared, the bell will ring for 10-15 minutes.

6. Window Cleaning – will be scheduled the week of May 6th – 10th, details have been posted. Screens must be removed May 5th.

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Elevator # 3 Columbia– is scheduled for state inspection on Thursday, April 18th. We will send an email once the elevator is back in service.
2. Modernization of Elevator # 2 India– is scheduled to begin on Friday, April 19th. Please contact Management in advance for any Moves and or Deliveries during the elevator modernization. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

Board Meeting– The next Board Meeting will be on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the 5th Floor Clubroom.

General Manager– As a reminder, Alicia Zajaceskowski will be the interim General Manager and will be working in the Watermark Management Office. She can be reached at 619.795.1727 or via email at aliciaz@actionlife.com.

Window Cleaning – Is scheduled for October 15th – 19th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. A cleaning schedule is posted on the bulletin board.

1.Market Street Courtyard – The final phase, which includes waterproofing of the entire courtyard, should be completed in 2-3 weeks. Please avoid walking on the Market St. courtyard during these repairs. We will provide updates as needed.

2.Garage Power Washing – Is scheduled for September 26th and September 27th. Cars will need to be moved for this work. Please see the bulletin notice for more details.
