Community Update - 10/21/19

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled for Thursday, October 24th. Please contact Management if you are unable to be home for this and you would like to arrange for permission to enter. A staff member will accompany the inspector.
  2. Unsolicited Flyers – some flyers were distributed by BuSo Corp for carpet cleaning, please be advised that this was not authorized nor is it endorsed by the Association. Please disregard the flyer. Management has contacted the respective parties about this matter. 
  3. Building Security – please remember to not allow vendors, delivery people, or strangers into the building. Please ask them to go down the garage ramp and check in with Security.
  4. Elevator Refinish – we are refinishing the brass in the elevators beginning the week of November 4th. Details are posted on the bulletin board.

Community Update - 10/7/19

  1. Board Meeting Reminder – October 8that 6:00p.m. in the 5th Floor Community Room.
  2. Columbus Day, October 14th as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
  3. Shopping Carts – we are in need of shopping carts, carts should be returned after each use. Please do not leave shopping carts in the hallway or in the elevator.
  4. Recycle Bin – Please remember to break down all boxes. Plastic bags are no longer permissible in the recycle bin.
  5. Bulk Item or Electronic Disposal – Watermark is not set up for bulk or electronic waste disposal.  Contact Management to make arrangements for disposal of certain items for a fee of $15.00 – $45.00 per item. If prior arrangements are not made you may be called to a hearing and subject to a fine in addition to the cost of disposal.
  6. In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled for Thursday, October 24th. Please see bulletin for more details.

Community Update - 9/26/19

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Sundeck – maintenance repairs are almost complete. We anticipate the Sundeck to be ready for use on Sunday. We will send an email once the repairs have been completed.
  2. Painting – the elevator jambs on the Indiaside will be painted on Friday, September 27th. Please use caution around the elevators.23
  3. Carpet Cleaning – 1st Floor and Garage carpet will be cleaned on Monday, September 30th.
  4. In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled for Thursday, October 24th. Please see letter on bulletin board.

  1. Sundeck – maintenance repairs in progress from September 17th – September 27th. The Sundeck will be closed during this time.
  2. Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for September 25th (North side) and September 26th (South side).  Cars will need to be moved for this work. Please note there will be no guest or vendor parking during these days. Please see map on bulletin board.
  3. In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled Thursday, October 24th. More details to follow next week.

Building Water Shut Off 9/17/19

WATER SHUT OFF NOTICE

Dear Residents:

It has become necessary to replace plumbing valves that are no longer operational.  In order to complete the necessary plumbing repairs in the garage, we will be required to shut off the HOT & COLD water to the entire building.  Accordingly,

HOT & COLD Water will be shut off

to the entire building on

Tuesday, September 17th

from 9:00a.m.- 1:00p.m.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  At this time, we ask that you do not schedule any plumbing repairs in your unit that require the water to be shut off during this repair period.

We will notify you via email when the repairs are completed and in order to minimize any inconvenience, the repairs will be undertaken as expeditiously as possible.

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Sundeck – maintenance repairs and a coating will be applied to the Sundeck from September 17th – September 27th. The Sundeck will be closed during this time.
  2. Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for September 25th (North side) and September 26th (South side).  Cars will need to be moved for this work. Please note there will be no guest or vendor parking during these days. Please see map on bulletin board.
  3. Window Cleaning and Building Power Washing – will be scheduled for October, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. More detailed information to follow soon.
  4. Manager –Audrey will be out of the office from 9/13 – 9/16. Please call Community Care at 1-800-200-2284 in the event of a maintenance emergency.

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. Garbage Room Power Washing – is scheduled for Wednesday, September 4th from 8:30am-12:00pm. Please do not place items down trash chute during this time.
  2. Roof Make-Up Air Fans– the four fans on the roof will be replaced on Wednesday, September 4th from 8:30am-5:00pm. You may experience some noise from the roof areas.
  3. Garage Power Washing – is scheduled for September 25th (North side) and September 26th (South side).  Cars will need to be moved for this work. More details to follow soon.
  4. Window Cleaning and Building Power Washing – will be scheduled for October, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. More detailed information to follow soon.
  5. Labor Day – September 2nd, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.

  1. Elevator # 4 Columbia– the control panel replacement work will take place tomorrow, Thursday, August 29th from 7:30am-4:30pm. The elevator will be out of service during this time.
  2. Mailbox Area Painting– This will take place on Thursday, August 29th from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Please exercise caution around this area and be careful of the wet paint.
