Door Maintenance Opportunity - 9/16/22

Residential Unit Door Maintenance Opportunity

The Association obtained a proposal to touch up the wood finish on entry doors at a group rate. The vendor will touch up scratches, dents, discolorations as needed. The doors were surveyed from the hallway, and each door requires a different level of work. There are three levels of repairs; and the cost for each level is listed below. If you are interested in this service, please contact IRX directly to schedule work at (951) 454-4561 or (619) 384-4884. You will need to schedule and pay the vendor directly. This will only include the exterior of your unit door (facing the hallway). Please note there will be an odor from the products used and an air scrubber will be utilized to help with the smell. This price is valid for 30 days as long as there are no additional marks to your door since the survey. You may contact management to inquire which level of repair you need.

Community Update - 9/16/22

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. New Carpet Pedestrian Traffic Awareness– Please wear shoes and be careful with pets at all times in the areas where carpet replacement is taking place.  Tack strips with sharp points will be exposed during this time.

2. New Carpet 4th Floor – the 4th Floor Columbia side carpet replacement will begin on Wednesday, September 21st. We begin carpet replacement on the 3rd Floor, both sides India and Columbia on Monday, September 26th. Please notify Management of any moves or large deliveries with advance notice.


Community Update - 9/9/22

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1.     New Carpet Pedestrian Traffic Awareness– we encourage you to wear shoes at all times when you step into the common area during carpet replacement. Please exercise caution during repairs, there will be tack strips with nails exposed at some point during replacement.
2.     New Carpet 4th Floor – the 4th Floor India side carpet replacement will begin on Monday, September 12th. We estimate the 4th Floor Columbia side carpet to begin on Wednesday, September 14th.

Community Update - 9/8/22

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark  
  1. Building Security – please remember to not allow vendors, delivery people, or strangers into the building. If you are entering or leaving the building, please do not hold the door open for strangers. Please ask them to go down the garage ramp and check in with Security.
  2. New Carpet 5th Floor – the 5th Floor India side, including the Community room will be closed to all residents today 9/8. The 5th Floor Columbia side, including the Gym and restrooms will be closed tomorrow 9/9. Thank you for your patience.

Community Update - 9/6/22

GARAGE GATE CLOSED FOR REPAIRS

Wednesday, September 7th, from 1pm-5pm

Due to necessary gate repairs, the garage gate will be in the closed position from 1pm-5pm. There will no access through the gate during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Community Update - 8/31/22 Gate Closure

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark
 
1.     Labor Day Holiday – Monday, September 5th the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
2.     Garage Gate CLOSED for Repairs – in order to complete the balance of the repairs, we will need to completely close the garage gate for 4 hours on Wednesday, September 7th from 1pm to 5pm. Please ensure that your vehicle is parked outside if you need to leave the building between these hours. There will be no vehicular or pedestrian traffic during this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, please notify your vendors.    
3.     New Carpet – the new carpet installation will begin next week. The 5th Floor carpet replacement will begin on Wednesday, September 7th.  We expect the 5th Floor to be completed by September 12th, they will move to the 4th Floor next. We expect them to work on a floor per week. We will provide updates.  

Community Update - 8/26/22

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

  1. the metal vehicle gate opener needs replacement due to a vehicle striking the gate. We have arranged for repairs on Monday. The gate will be closed for intermittently for repairs. Please exercise cation around the workmen and ladders.  

This work will take place on Monday, August 29th from 9am to 2pm. To enable the work to proceed as expeditiously as possible, please limit the trips through the gate.

Community Update - 7/29/22

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1.     Board Meeting Date Change – the board meeting has been changed to Wednesday, August 17th at 6:00pm. It will be held in the Community Room and Via Zoom.
2.     Plant Pesticide – BrightView will be treating plants with snail bait on Tuesday, August 2nd. Please exercise caution with your pets.
3.     5th Floor Bathroom Tile – will be cleaned on Wednesday, August 3rd between 8am – 12pm. The bathrooms will be closed during this time.
4.     Community Room – the stone tables will be cleaned on Wednesday, August 3rd between 8am – 12pm. The tables will need to dry, please do not use the tables for 24 hours.

Community Update - 6/17/22

Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark  

1. Juneteenth Day – Monday, June 20th. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
2. Recycle Bin – please remember to flatten all boxes, the small ones also to help minimize overflow. Waste Management charges $150.00 for bin overflow. Thank you.
3. Manager Vacation – from 6/23 – 6/26. Please contact Community Care at 1-800-400-2284 in the event of a maintenance emergency.
