Community Update 3/31/17

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Garage Drainpipe Replacement – as part of our on-going preventative maintenance, more pipe will be replaced in the garage. This project will begin on Tuesday, April 4^th through mid-May. Water may be cut off to limited areas during this process and some cars may need to be moved while work is being performed. We will be posting water shut off notices 48 hours in advance and we will notify you if your vehicle(s) need to be moved for the repair. Please contact Management with any questions.

2. Window Repairs – Repairs will be scheduled for Monday, April 24^th or Friday, April 28^th.  We anticipate most work will be completed on these two (2) dates. Further details will be forthcoming next week.

3. Window Cleaning – re-scheduled for May 15^th – 19^th, due to window repairs. More detailed information to follow soon.
