Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1.Exterior Building Repairs – phase 2 planter and stucco repairs are underway. Market Street courtyard planter testing has been completed. Repairs are in progress.

2.Marble Floor Polishing – scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, January 23rd, 24th and 25th during the overnight hours. Please use caution around the floors that are being polished.

3.Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (1/30, 2/1, 2/6, 2/8) please save the date to move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs will be approved during these dates. Please move your car according to the following schedule:

Tuesday, 1/30/18 – Spaces 36-66 & 148-173
Thursday, 2/1/18 – Spaces 1-7 & 67-104
Tuesday, 2/6/18 – Spaces 8-29 & 105-129
Thursday, 2/8/18 – Spaces 30-35 & 130-147 & 174
