Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Exterior Building Repairs – Phase 4 (Columbia St.) has been completed. New soil and landscaping will be put in soon. The final phase (pyramid wall on Market Street) has started and will take 2-3 weeks to complete.

2.Carpet Cleaning – Is scheduled for 4th floor and 5th floor/Clubroom on Monday, April 30th. Please try to avoid walking on the wet carpet but if you do so, please use caution when stepping onto the marble from the carpet.

3.Cinco de Mayo Party – Reminder that the Watermark Cinco de Mayo Party is Saturday, May 5th from 4 PM – 7 PM. HOA providing food. Bring your own beverages.
