Community Update – 9/20/22

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. New Carpet Pedestrian Traffic Awareness– Please wear shoes and be careful with pets at all times in the areas where carpet replacement is taking place. Tack strips with sharp points will be exposed during this time.
2. New Carpet 4th Floor – the 4th Floor Columbia side carpet replacement will begin on Wednesday, September 21st.
3. New Carpet 3rd Floor – the 3rd Floor India side carpet replacement has commenced. Please be careful of tack strips.
4. Please notify Management of any moves or large deliveries with advance notice.
