Community Update; September 1, 2023

Dear Watermark Community,

Hello everyone!  I do hope you had a wonderful week.  If you’re looking for some fun over the long holiday weekend here’s a list of some events put together by the Union Tribune.

Below are your weekly updates:

• Reminder: With the next Board Meeting scheduled for September 12^th, if you have any documents that will require the Board’s review at the meeting, Architectural Requests, Member Correspondence, etc., please have them to me by Monday, September 4^th so that they are submitted to the Board of Directors on time.
• Reminder: Just a note, Monday, September 4^th is a Federal Holiday, Labor Day, and no work will be permitted in the building on that day.  Please communicate this to your vendors.
• Please make certain that your trash bags are sealed when you put them down the chute.  This will avoid messes and smells.
• Also, please break down your boxes and place them in the recycling bin.
