Community Update – 5/19/17

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Brick Cleaning – scheduled for May 25^th & May 26^th.

The Columbia entrance will be closed on 5/25 from 8am-5:30pm and the India entrance will be closed on 5/26 from 8am-5:30pm to allow the bricks to dry.

2. Memorial Day – May 29th, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work is permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
3. Gym Hand Weights – recently a new rack with weights was installed in the gym. All miscellaneous weights were removed. If any of these hand weights belong to you, please stop by the Security Desk to pick up your weights. Unclaimed weights will be donated on July 3^rd.
