Building Window Cleaning – May 6th through May 10th

Dear Residents:

A&M Facility Services will begin cleaning exterior windows for the building on Monday, May 6th.

All homeowners will need to have their screens removed from their windows prior to Monday, May 6th.

If you need assistance removing your screens, A&M will provide that service for the fee set forth below.

Any windows with screens left on will not be cleaned.

Screens may be replaced after window cleaning is completed on Friday, May 10th.

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Screen Removal & Placement Only $25.00
Cleaning and Removal of Screens $55.00
Balcony Window Cleaning $35.00
Interior Window Cleaning $65.00
Package Deal $135.00 (all of the above)
