At Watermark, we are continually working to improve our community, streamline homeowner processes, and enhance the resident experience. Below are a few recent updates.

Community Updates

Community Room Reservations

Reminder, a Community Room Reservation Form is required for all reservations of the 5th Floor Community Room. This process will help ensure reservations are properly coordinated and the space is available for all residents to enjoy. Please contact Management to obtain the reservation form.

Architectural Applications

The Board has recently approved a new architectural review process designed to better serve homeowners. Architectural Applications may now be reviewed and processed between regularly scheduled Board meetings, eliminating the need to wait until the next Board meeting. This new process will help expedite approvals and allow homeowners to begin their projects sooner.

Sundeck Landscaping

As a reminder, please do not water the trees on the 5th Floor Sundeck. The Association contracts with a professional landscape maintenance company that provides scheduled care, irrigation, and ongoing maintenance for all plant material.

Committee Updates

Landscape Committee

The Landscape Committee is actively working on a phased landscape enhancement plan designed to further beautify the community and enhance our outdoor spaces over time.

Maintenance Committee

The Maintenance Committee continues to focus on projects that improve the building’s appearance, functionality, and long-term maintenance, helping preserve the quality of our community.

Social Committee

The Social Committee is busy planning upcoming resident events. Watch for announcements in the coming weeks, we’re looking forward to bringing neighbors together for fun and engaging community activities.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is preparing for the upcoming budget season and will soon begin reviewing financial priorities and planning for the next fiscal year.
