Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

Presidents’ Day, February 20^th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.

Presidents’ Day, Holiday – Management office will be closed on Monday, February 20^th. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency.

Fitness Center

Monday – Friday 6:00am – 10:00pm

Saturday – Sunday 8:00am – 8:00pm

5th Floor Community Room

Open to all from 7:00am-12 midnight except when reserved for a special event.

Current weekly/monthly reservations include; Wednesdays from 10:00am-11:30am – Yoga (open to all Watermark residents)

Thursdays from 5:30pm-9:00pm – Mah Jongg (open to all Watermark residents)

Every 2nd Tuesday from 5:00pm-completion – HOA Board Meeting
