Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Columbus Day, October 9^th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
2. Window Cleaning – is scheduled for October 16^th – 20^th, please remember to remove your screens prior to this date. More detailed information to follow soon.
3. Fire Sprinkler Repairs – have been re-scheduled for October 23rd – 27th, you will be receiving a letter the first week of October only if you have repairs that are needed. Please contact management with any questions. More detailed information will be in the letter.
