Community Update – Exterior Building Repairs

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Exterior Building Repairs – exterior planter repairs will be completed in four (4) Phases. Phase 1 will begin on the India Street side and will start on November 27^th. The work will consist of the landscapers removing soil, vegetation, and irrigation lines in the raised planters. The contractor will be waterproofing the planters and repairing the stucco. Each phase will take approximately 3-4 weeks to repair. The soil will be replaced, new irrigation lines will be installed, and new plants will be planted once the planters have been repaired. We will provide updates as needed. 

2. Exterior Building Caulking – we will begin to caulk the decorative capstone that runs along the building as a decorative border on November 27^th. This work will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. Please be aware that workers will be using a rolling scaffold and will be at the 1^st Floor patio level caulking the decorative stone.
