Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1.Exterior Building Repairs – phase 2 planter and stucco repairs are in progress. Market Street courtyard repairs are also in progress. Please note that there will be some loud drilling noise associated with courtyard repairs.

2.Water Shut Off – due to some pipe repairs the entire building water will be shut off on Monday, January 29th from 9 AM – 1 PM.

3.Carpet Cleaning – is scheduled for Monday, January 29th on 3rd floor and garage level.

4.Jetting of Horizontal Pipes – (1/30, 2/1, 2/6, 2/8) please save the date to move your car on the day your parking area will be jetted. No water shut offs will be approved during these dates. Please move your car according to the following schedule:

Tuesday, 1/30/18 – Spaces 36-66 & 148-173
Thursday, 2/1/18 – Spaces 1-7 & 67-104
Tuesday, 2/6/18 – Spaces 8-29 & 105-129
Thursday, 2/8/18 – Spaces 30-35 & 130-147 & 174
