Community Update

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark:

1.Board Meeting Reminder – March 13th at 6:30 PM in the 5th Floor Community Room. Please note the time change listed above is for this meeting only.

2.Annual Meeting Reminder –March 13th at 7:00 PM. Food and refreshments will be served.

3.Exterior Building Repairs – Phase 3 planter and stucco repairs including the Market Street courtyard planters will be completed by the end of next week. Phase 4, which includes more Columbia Street planters, is scheduled to start on Monday, March 19th.
