Community Update – 7/3/19

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. 4^th of July Holiday – Tuesday, July 4^th, the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
2. Board Meeting Reminder – July 9^th at 6:00PM in the 5^th Floor Community Room.
3. G St Courtyard – we will be making some repairs to the G Street Courtyard in mid-July. We will be closing part of the courtyard for repairs. More details to follow soon.  
4. Building Security – Please be careful when entering the building through the front lobby doors and do not grant strangers access into the building or elevator. Refer them to Security.
