Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

Garage Gate Repairs– repairs to the garage gate will include removal of the gate and some welding. This will take place on Friday, August 16^th from 9:30am to 12noon. You may experience a delay in entering and exiting the garage during this time. We kindly request that you utilize an alternate entrance to the building if you are walking.

Board Meeting Reminder – August 13^th at 6:00PM in the 5^th Floor Community Room.

Spraying of Plants – the plants will be sprayed with a pesticide on Friday, August 16^th. Please exercise caution with your pets.

Trash Reminder – please tie and secure all trash bags being placed down the chute.

Carpet Cleaning – 2^nd Floor and 5^th Floor carpet will be cleaned on Monday, August 26^th.
