Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

Garage Carpet – the carpet at the garage elevator landing will be replaced on Wednesday, October 21^st from 8:30am – 5pm. The floor area will be closed to pedestrians during this procedure, scheduled is listed below. We will do our best to accommodate necessary traffic.

Columbia Side – carpet replacement from 8:30am – 12:30pm, please use the India Elevators during this time.

India Side – carpet replacement from 12:30am – 4:30pm, please use the Columbia Elevators during this time.

Fitness Center

Monday – Friday 6:00am – 10:00pm

Saturday – Sunday 8:00am – 8:00pm

5th Floor Community Room

Open to all from 7:00am-12 midnight except when reserved for a special event.

Current weekly/monthly reservations include; Wednesdays from 10:00am-11:30am – Yoga (open to all Watermark residents)

Thursdays from 5:30pm-9:00pm – Mah Jongg (open to all Watermark residents)

Every 2nd Tuesday from 5:00pm-completion – HOA Board Meeting
