Community Update – 2/12/21

Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark   Face Masks – reminder to please wear a face mask or face covering while in the common areas. Presidents’ Day, February 15th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors. Chute Cleaning – scheduled for Wednesday, February 17th from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Please do not use the trash chutes during this time. Please take trash down to trash room. As a reminder, no plastic bags are permitted in the recycle bin. Building Security – please be careful that no one follows you in via the lobby door or the garage gate entrance. If a courier is trying to gain access please direct them to the garage. If you are unable to redirect a person, please call the security desk at (619)236-0152.
