Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

Elevator Refinish – we are refinishing the brass in the elevators and they will be shut down from 8:30am-5:00pm during the procedure; schedule is listed below.

Columbia SOUTH elevator will shut down Tuesday, July 6^th.

India SOUTH elevator will shut down Wednesday, July 7^th.

Columbia NORTH elevator will shut down Thursday, July 8^th.

India NORTH elevator will shut down Friday, July 9^th.

2. 4^th of July Holiday – Monday, July 5^th the Management office will be closed. Call 1-800-400-2284 for a maintenance emergency. As a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
