Community Update – 10/8/21

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Columbus Day – Monday, October 11^th – as a reminder there is no work permitted on the holiday, please notify your contractors.
2. Columbia Entrance Reader – this repair will take place on October 12^th. 
3. Awning Cleaning – is scheduled for October 13^th Columbia side from 9a.m.-12p.m.; and India side from 12p.m. – 3p.m. Please do not use entrance that is being cleaned at the time.
4. Lobby Entrance Brick Cleaning – is scheduled for October 14^th (Columbia side) and October 15^th (India Side) from 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m. Please do not use entrance that is being cleaned at the time.
5. Building Carpet Cleaning –the carpet will be deep cleaned the week of October 18^th – October 22^nd. The cleaners will start on the 5^th Floor and work their way down to the 1^st Floor. Please use care when stepping onto the marble during this week.
