Community Update – 10/18/21

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Interior Paint Preparation Repairs – repairs to building interior ceilings and baseboards in preparation for paining will take place daily beginning Wednesday, October 20^th – Monday, November 1^st at 8:30am.
2. Interior Painting – will begin on, Wednesday, October 27^ththrough the end of the year. The painters will begin on the 5^th Floor and work downwards. We will work with residents to allow for moves and deliveries during this time. Please contact your manager for any moves and/or deliveries.
3. Balcony/Patio Inspections –the balcony/patio inspections will begin on Monday, October 25^th at 8:30am. ProForm Interiors will visit between 6-8 units per day. The inspection will take 30-45 minutes. The inspections will start on the 4^th Floor and work downwards. Management will contact owners via email with their scheduled date. If you are not home for this inspection you may grant permission to enter.
