Community Update – 1/21/22

Dear Residents,

Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. Entire Building Water Shut Off – we have some main line plumbing repairs that were not completed. The repairs will be scheduled over a period of two days in four-hour increments. Thursday, February 3^rd and Thursday, February 10^th from 9am – 1pm. We will contact residents directly for any cars that need to be moved.
2. In Unit Mandatory Fire Sprinkler Inspection – scheduled for Tuesday, February 22^nd from 9am-4pm. Please contact Management if you are unable to be home for this and would like to arrange for permission to enter. A staff member will accompany the inspector. More details to follow in a separate email.
3. Window Cleaning – we have been given authorization for a one-time window cleaning before the OPOS is finalized. Management is currently seeking bids.
4. Pets – as a reminder, pets must be leashed at all times while in the common areas and please hold close to you in the elevator so they do not lunge at the door or persons.
