Community Update – 3/17/22

Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark   Annual Meeting – Thank you to those who participated via Zoom and in person and to all who turned in their ballots, we established quorum. We would like to thank the homeowner who volunteered as Inspector of Election: Mark Cujak. Congratulations to John Gowan, Laserik Saunders, and Joan Wojcik on their re-election to the board. Official Results have been posted and are attached.   Directory Listing Form – please complete the Directory Listing form for the Directory if you have any changes. Please respond by Thursday, March 31st. Please pick one up form at the Security Desk. You can also send an email to the manager “no changes” so we do not think we missed your form.     What is the Directory Book? – For residents that are new to our building this is a Directory Book that is published periodically and distributed amongst residents at Watermark that contains your Name, Unit Number, Phone Number, and Email. This is a great way to communicate and provide your contact information in the event of an emergency. This is a voluntary inclusion.
