Community Update – 9/28/22

Dear Residents,
Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark

1. New Carpet Pedestrian Traffic Awareness– Please wear shoes and be careful with pets at all times in the areas where carpet replacement is taking place. Tack strips with sharp points will be exposed during this time.
2. New Carpet 2nd Floor – the Columbia side carpet replacement will begin Friday, September 23rd. Please be careful of tack strips.
3. New Carpet 2nd Floor – the India side carpet replacement will begin Monday, October 3rd. Please be careful of tack strips.
4. Please notify Management of any moves or large deliveries with advance notice.
