Community Update – 11/7/2022

Dear Residents, Just a brief update on things happening here at Watermark 1.     Lobby Entrance Brick Cleaning – has been postponed due to inclement weather. 2.     Chute Cleaning – scheduled for Wednesday, November 9th from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Please do not use the trash chutes during this time. Please take trash down to trash room. 3.     Unit Door Maintenance – the pricing will be honored until 12/31. Please contact IRX to schedule JR (951) 454-4561. 4.     Recycle Bin – please do not place plastic bags of any kind, including packing plastic in boxes in the recycle bin. The Association incurs fines whenever plastic bags or plastic packing is placed in the recycle in. Please flatten all boxes. Thank you.
