Community Update; November 22, 2023

Dear Watermark Community,

Hello everyone!  With the upcoming holiday I’m sending this week’s update early.  I hope you find yourself looking forward to the holiday and enjoy the time, however you spend it.

• SAVE THE DATE: As was discussed at the recent Board Meeting, Officer Larry Turner is currently scheduled to attend a Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, November 30th to meet with you, discuss your concerns, and answer your questions.  In-person attendance will be in the 5^th Floor Community Room.  The time will be determined soon and a notice, including a Zoom link, will be sent. Please consider attending.
• The fence work on Market St. will be completed on Wednesday, Nov 22^nd
• The elevator roofing repair start date was just pushed to December 4th. The interior repairs will follow the completion of the work on the India St. side.
