Dear Watermark Community,
Hello everyone! Just a reminder that your Board of Directors is meeting this Tuesday, May 14th at 6:00pm. Agendas are posted and information was emailed, including the Zoom link.
Here are your weekly updates:
- A Safety Training will be held on Wednesday, May 29th from 4:30pm-5:30pm for all residents. This training will include a review & discussion of emergency response procedures and building-specific education about our fire safety systems and exit ways. This will be followed by a fire drill which is not mandatory, though everyone is encouraged to participate. More detailed information will follow in the coming weeks.
- Please return your Request for Annual Notice of Address form, or update your information online, by May 31st. A copy of this document was included in your Financial Review mailing/email. You can also update your information on the portal at resident.actionlife.com
- A few residents have requested to know the trash schedule, so I wanted to provide you with this information:
- The recycling & trash bins are collected and emptied on Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays. This means that while the bin is on the street, there are small temporary bins placed at the bottom of the trash chute. Please make certain all trash bags are tied shut.
- The organic waste bins are collected and emptied on Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- All bins are generally removed from the garage in the morning and do not return until mid-late afternoon.
