Community Update; June 7, 2024
Dear Watermark Community,
Hello everyone! Your Board of Directors is meeting this Tuesday, June 11th at 6:00pm in the Community Room. Here are your weekly updates:
- Thank you to all of you that volunteered your unit for the inspection this past week. We received the lab results and, as expected, the samples all came back negative for asbestos. This means that going forward we no longer need to pay for cutting and testing of the drywall. This certificate/report is valid for any work completed in your unit also, as long as your walls are drywall. The report will be posted on the portal for your access to and to provide to any vendors doing work within your unit.
- Red tape in elevator lobbies mark chipped tiles scheduled for replacement on Monday, June 10th. Only one elevator per side of the building may be operational during the day. We apologize for any inconvenience & appreciate your understanding.
- Planning ahead: There will be a full building water shut off on Thursday, June 20th from 10:00am-2:00pm. We will be replacing some ball valves down in the garage. Please plan ahead and inform your vendors. More notices will be sent via email and through these updates.
