I hope you are doing well and had a lovely week. Below are your weekly updates.

Garage Gate Repair

Please be advised that the final stage of the garage gate repair is scheduled for Monday, November 4th, with an arrival time between 8:00am and 9:00am & will take 2-3 hours to complete. During this time, access to and from the garage will be restricted.

If you need access to your vehicle during this time, please ensure your vehicle is parked outside the garage by 8:00am. 

Additionally, if you will have vendors working in your unit that day, they will not be able to haul items in or out of the garage during this repair. Pedestrian access to the garage is available via the stairways, accessible from the sidewalk using a common area key. Please notify your vendors so that they can plan their work accordingly.

2025 Budget and Annual Disclosures

You will soon receive a copy of the 2025 budget and Annual Disclosures. Please note that the address for the Action Corporate office has recently changed and is incorrect on the Collection policy mailed to you. The correct address is 320 Commerce, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92602. An updated policy is available on the Resident Portal.
