I hope everyone had a lovely Thanksgiving holiday. Word is that the Watermark Holiday party this week was a hit! Thank you to the Social Committee for putting on a wonderful event which so many enjoyed.
Your weekly updates are below;
REMINDER: Garage Power Washing – December 9th & 10th
We will be power washing the garage on Monday, December 9th and Tuesday, December 10th, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Please ensure your vehicle is moved from your parking space before 8:30 AM on your assigned day. If the work is completed earlier than anticipated, I will send an email update to let you know.
2025 Monthly Assessments
The new 2025 monthly assessments will take effect on January 1, 2025. If you pay via ACH through the portal and have opted to pay the full balance of your ledger each month, no action is required. However, if you use any other payment method, including ACH set at a specific amount, your bank’s bill pay service, or mail-in payments, you must update your payment details to reflect the new assessment amount.
Board of Directors Candidate Nomination
The deadline to submit the Board of Director Candidate Nomination Form is Thursday, December 12th, at 5:00 PM. If you are interested in running for the Board, please ensure your form is submitted before the deadline.
Change of Maintenance Vendors The Board of Directors has approved the transition to a new maintenance vendor, effective Monday, December 16th. As part of this transition, Hugo’s last day at Watermark will be Friday, December 13th. Thank you for your understanding as we make this change.
