I hope you’re all doing well! Please take a moment to review the latest updates and reminders.


HOA Insurance
If your mortgage company is requesting a copy of the HOA’s updated insurance policy, please note that the renewal has been approved by the Board, and we are awaiting the Certificate of Insurance (COI) from the agent. As soon as it’s available, I will notify the community, and you will be able to access it on the Resident Portal.


Annual Sewer Drain Line Jetting
Our annual sewer drain jetting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 11 – Friday, February 14. Attached is a garage map with details on scheduled sections.


To assist residents in coordinating temporary parking, a sign-up sheet will be posted on Monday for those who have extra or available spaces to share.


Schedule of Affected Parking Spaces:
Tuesday, Feb. 11 – Spaces 36-66 & 148-173 (Yellow section)
Wednesday, Feb. 12 – Spaces 1-7 & 67-104 (Pink section)
Thursday, Feb. 13 – Spaces 8-29 & 105-129 (Green section)
Friday, Feb. 14 – Spaces 30-35, 130-147, & 174 (Blue section)
