Dear Watermark Community,
Below are some important reminders for HOA-related activity in the coming week:
REMINDER: Special Assessment Ballot Submission
The deadline to submit your ballot for the Special Assessment is approaching. Please use one of the following submission methods:
- By mail or hand delivery to: 750 B St, Ste 2860 – MUST be received by Monday, February 24th by 5:00pm
- In-person submission to the Inspectors of Election at the meeting on February 25th at 6:00 PM
REMINDER: Fire Sprinkler Inspection – Unit Access Required
Annual fire sprinkler inspections will take place on Wednesday, February 26th, and Thursday, February 27th. Please ensure access to your unit during the scheduled time. If you will not be home, arrange for a friend or neighbor to provide access.

Columbia Side – Wed, February 26
- 4th Floor: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- 3rd Floor: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- 2nd Floor: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- 1st Floor: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
India Side – Thurs, February 27
- 4th Floor: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- 3rd Floor: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
- 2nd Floor: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- 1st Floor: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
