A huge thank you to everyone for ensuring the fire sprinkler inspections were completed smoothly. Your cooperation made the process seamless. We appreciate your efforts in keeping our building safe.

Here are some important updates for you:

Full Building Water Shut-Off & Drain Use Restriction

Wednesday, March 12   9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

There will be a full building water shut-off during this time, along with a no-use order for all drains. This means you are being asked to not pour anything down any drains, run any water down the drains, not do laundry, not use your dishwasher, no flushing of toilets, and no showers during this time.

We are replacing damaged sewer lines in the garage, and your cooperation is essential to completing this work efficiently and hygienically.

2025 Member Directory – Now Available

The 2025 Member Directory is now available for pick-up at the Security Desk. The latest Rules & Regulations have been included in the new edition.

Plumbing Protocol Update

We have refined the Plumbing Protocol language to better clarify that you may use any licensed plumber of your choosing for plumbing issues. The policy itself remains unchanged. You can find the updated version posted on the community portal and attached to this email for your convenience.
